My only two complaints would be 1) the handset is lighter and smaller than optimum, and 2) there's no headset plug. I prefer to use a headset and put the phone in my shirt pocket (which actually would have made the smaller/lighter thing a benefit), and it never occurred to me that I needed to check the fine print to see if a cordless phone had a headset jack. I've never seen one that didn't. But it's a phone and it works.
