Is itframed? The product description says it's framed, a lot of the reviews say it isn't, and I can't see any frame in the images ...

It is not framed! It cost more to frame it than it cost for the print.

I would like to know what country this painting came from? Thanks

This painting is by Vincent Van Gogh and the setting is in France

Is the picture flat or is the print wrapped aroumzthe mounting?

The print is stretched ( gallery wrapped) and ready to hang.
