Is there copper in this or not, what does copper safe mean, I put a stress formula in the aquarium that can not be mixed with copper,

Not sure about mixing it with stress formula. The bottle says it contains 2% chelated copper.

Is this safe for scaleless fish like loaches?

Scaleless fish don't need special treatment, primarily because they're not actually scaleless. Inverts are highly susceptible to copper, but Aquatic vertebrate have a significantly higher tolerance. Also depends on the type of copper used

can this be used to kill snails?

I guess but it's not good for the fish and water

POWERFUL PARASITE DEFENSE - Effectively combats Ich, flukes, anchor worms & velvet diseases for healthier fish.
MULTI PURPOSE AQUATIC CARE - Also controls algae blooms and supports ammonia/nitrate balance with live bacteria.
EASY MAINTENANCE INTEGRATION - Add to replacement water during changes to sustain treatment without hassle.
LONG LASTING COPPER STABILITY - Maintains therapeutic copper levels for over 30 days without staining water.

Fritz Mardel Coppersafe 4oz is a concentrated, stable copper treatment designed to treat up to 94 gallons of aquarium water. It targets a broad spectrum of external parasites including Ich and flukes, while live nitrifying bacteria help eliminate harmful ammonia and nitrates.
