What product would you recommend to sharpen this saw?

I am not exactly sure. Probably will take it to someone to have it sharpened.

Would I be able to resaw 8" wide board that's 1" thick into smaller slices? Like 1/4" thick, I'm wondering if a frame saw would be better?

Frame saw yes a good band saw even better. the crosscut saw has a very wide kerf compared to the other two and I only use mine for timbers.

Please let me know if you sell the supplementary handle for this saw

As a user, I don't think this saw has the availability for the supplemental upright handle. It is made of a distressingly soft steel and I don't think it has the rigidity required for the uprght supplementary handle. The steel is so supple and "soft" that I fear should the blade ever bind really hard, the saw would probably buckle. or fold. Sawing a thick trunk section, say 24" in diameter or greater, takes great care to keep the cut straight and cannot be done quickly, whereas limbs of around 12" in diameter of less are quick and easy without requiring great care in aligning the cut initially.
