A new adventure
I bought a [Bear Greeks] 2.4L Gguduck Greek yogurt Maker here on Amazon to make Greek yogurt. I noticed that the yogurt maker can also be used to make cheese, so naturally I wanted to try it. I bought this Beginner Cheese Making Kit because while cheesemaking sounds complicated and hard, this product claimed to make it easy. It didn't lie; I made some very delicious ricotta cheese, and I intend to make some paneer or mascarpone later this week. It really does make it simple and fun.

Love this
My daughter was very curious about cheesemaking so we began to learn. I messed up a whole bunch and so I tried to go with something that was a bit more straight forward. Delicious, easy and so much fun!
