## Description

This is the Subtle Warm version of White Dims, only get this version if you want to dim and soften your LED light to about a 30%reduction and your light has a cool tone or feeling. Get the Neutral version of White Dims if your light does not have a cool tone or feeling or you only want to dim/soften the light about 15%, otherwise the Subtle Warm version will make your light too warm in color (not heat). Note LightDims do not work well on curved or uneven surfaces. This product is not for displays that need to be readable. If you need something to dim a display we recommend LightDims Medium Strength sheets to Original Strength sheets or search for our get all 6 kinds of LIGHTDIMS. ONLY FOR USE ON LED BASED LIGHTING! Never put LightDIms on Anything that get over 205 degrees F or 96c. White Dims are the perfect solution to dim/soften overhead indoor ceiling lights or outdoor lights without making the room to dark. Review: Royal PITA to cut round shapes but these work - I used these to soften the light from the overhead LED cans that are so popular now....but are just way too harsh and bright even with dimmers - it's like living in a department store. I used two layers of these in the bedroom and one layer in the living room. Very happy with the result, the lighting is both warmer in quality and less bright. I found it tricky to cut perfect circles and apply them in precisely the right position to avoid overlaps & missed edges - be prepared to waste a few as it could take several attempts. I saw on the packaging that if you order direct from the website you can request the shapes/sizes you need. Wish this was mentioned in the product description!

Our new ceiling fixtures are light temp adjustable which is great and I have them set to their warmest Kelvin temps which is also good except when fully dimmed. When fully dimmed, the LED's color temps shift back up the Kelvin scale to a bluer, harsher, colder hue. The Light Dims, which are super easy to apply, did the job, warming the fully dimmed hue to a much more pleasing, incandescent-like glow. In addition, they further improved and warmed the light output at brighter settings too. Outstanding!

I used these to soften the light from the overhead LED cans that are so popular now....but are just way too harsh and bright even with dimmers - it's like living in a department store. I used two layers of these in the bedroom and one layer in the living room. Very happy with the result, the lighting is both warmer in quality and less bright. I found it tricky to cut perfect circles and apply them in precisely the right position to avoid overlaps & missed edges - be prepared to waste a few as it could take several attempts. I saw on the packaging that if you order direct from the website you can request the shapes/sizes you need. Wish this was mentioned in the product description!

Our new ceiling fixtures are light temp adjustable which is great and I have them set to their warmest Kelvin temps which is also good except when fully dimmed. The overhead lights in our office were way too bright and distracting. These light dims reduced the glare and brightness to a much more tolerable level. A great alternative to hring an electrician to put in dimmers!
