It's heavy duty, easy to adjust, and will probably last the rest of my life. The cushion thickness is larger than most thrones, so it's pretty comfortable. Our band has long practices, sometimes 5 hours+ and I can manage to play the whole time, with a few breaks thrown in. Buy it!

**Q: What is the maximum weight of drummer this for ?**
A: Well, i'm 210 lbs and it does fine.  I would think the screw-type post makes it to it could probably hold just about anyone, as opposed to the models with holes in the post, which can bend and warp over time

A: Should be fine

A: About 20"

**Q: What’s the difference between the cp5100 and the cp3100?**
A: The main difference, The 5100 has a Swivel Height Adjustment with an Oversize Locking Nut. The 3100 has a Vise style with Memory Lock.

Best throne I have ever owned. I've tried DW saddle seats, but this one is miles above those. It's heavy duty, easy to adjust, and will probably last the rest of my life.
