## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have a premium michael kors white untreated leather bag. will this discolor the white? i used a dif conditioner on a white chanel and it’s ruined**
A: This worked beautifully on my bone white 40 year old Coach leather bags made in NYC by hand. The Chanel bag situation sounds like a Chanel quality issue. I am so sorry that happened to you.

**Q: Will it add luster to matte or dry looking leather? I'd like to use it on abl Picard bag that appears to have an intentionally "weathered" appearance.**
A: yes,not shine.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Don't know, I think it is proprietary

**Q: My order arrived but no matter how much I shake it, it's like water. Is this the texture It should be or should it be creamy?**
A: It should be creamy and wonderful to work with. I apply again and again.
