## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this the purple one?**
A: VV is the purple (Very Violet) one.

**Q: Hi there, is this colour blue? i think the official code for blue is bb@all so just want to double check.**
A: BB@ALL uses to be the code for Elumen Blue, you're correct. BL@ALL is the code it has recently been changed to. As somebody who bought this hoping for a beautiful blue I do have to say that it didn't produce any sort of blue at all. The best it gave me was grey. But essentially yes this is Elumen's blue.

**Q: Is there black available**
A: Look at the colour charts on google there is very dark, you need the blue or green black as opposed to the red. I tend to go for black and mix with the red/brown to get a dark brown like my natural colour

**Q: What is the ingredients list for this product please?**
A: Water, proplene carbonate, alcohol denatured, lactic acid, peg-9 dimethicone, xanthine gum, sodium hydroxide, fragrance, acid red 52, acid violent 43, acid orange 7.
