Is total sodium intake really 4620mg on Breakfast Skillet day, or am I reading the nutrition info incorrectly?

Breakfast Skillet is 790 mg per serving. Each pouch has 2 servings so the entire pouch will have 1580 mg/pouch

What is the difference between this and the emergency 2 day food supply?

The main entrees are different.

This advertises two servings. Is that accurate or should I assume one pouch per person?

If you are accustomed to reading nutrition labels and how servings are counted, then it totally makes sense that these meal pouches are considered 2 servings. That said, a hungry person would eat a meal pouch by themself so it's one serving in that respect.

are there nuts or seeds in the granola?

Mountain House is a nut free facility with the exception of coconut. INGREDIENTS: Granola (oats, brown sugar, coconut, high oleic sunflower oil and tocopherols, sesame seed, wheat germ, natural flavor) ● Nonfat Dry Milk ● Freeze Dried Wild Blueberries ● Sweet Cream Solids ● Natural Vanilla Flavor (maltodextrin, natural flavor) CONTAINS: Milk, Treenuts (coconut), Wheat
