How do I initialize the phone? When I plug in gives me error message on the screen?

Normally the "ERROR" message on the display means that the phone is not running on the correct system. Can you give me a call so we can discuss your problem?APC/Joe Gracey 203-961-0500Thank you!

Does anyone know how to delete all the voicemails on this phone at once?

Your system admin can do it - from the phone you have to do one at a time. System admin can delete the mailbox and then re-create the mailbox.
