## Questions & Answers

**Q: It is mostly working but the image flickers. Any suggestions? Lan is gigabit but there are two switches in the chain, and they are old.**
A: Thank you for your question. First, you need to turn off the Engrgy efficient Ethernet (EEE) function of the switch. Second, you need to calculate the bandwidth of the entire link. The maximum network bandwidth of the KVM extender is 850Mbps. If it exceeds the range, it may affect the transmission. If you still can’t solve it, please contact the store customer service, thank you!

**Q: Does it also support resolutions in between? Like 2560 x 1440 & 1920 x 1200?**
A: I believe it does I have never tested that I know it supports 1080p and you can connect it in a poe switch and not have any issues connecting them together so if you don’t have a direct connection it will still find the transmitter as long as the dip switches are set right

**Q: After 2.5 months this Extender failed. Do you have a warranty?**
A: Yes, we promise a one-year warranty, you can contact the seller for details, thank you.

**Q: i have one of the basicolor 4k hdmi kvm usb extender, kvm extender over ip over ethernet cat5e/ cat6. i need a manual for the 5631poe 4k**
A: Hello, you can contact basicolor by email to get the manual. The extender is connected to the transmitter and receiver through CAT5 / CAT6 / cat7 network cable. The transmitter end is connected to the signal source with HDMI cable, and the receiver end is connected to the display with HDMI cable. Thank you.
