I have a cat bed thats for the window that canr with velcro, but my 16lb cat ruins the velcro everytime he uses it.** A: That's a big kitty! I use it to hold a bunch of tools on pegboard and it works well. There is enough in this package to run several lines under the cat bed to increase its strength. Have fun with your kitty. I have an Auusie shepherd, chipmunk. 3 red foxes, and lots of bunnies. **Q: Does this stick good to fabric** A: In general, Velcro made for gluing does not always hold good to most fabric. It is sort of hit or miss on fabrics with best result by putting the attached material with the new Velcro in a press for several hours.. I do not recommend a loss of either the fabric or the Velcro. In specific, it is a bad idea to try to use a sewing machine to sew Velcro made for gluing on to anything because the glue from the back of the Velcro begins to accumulate on the machine needle and on the thread as it passes through the sticky layer.. Then, things sort-of come to a stand still. As a last resort, one can hand or manually sew the sticky Velcro to fabric but one has the same problem with accumulating glue on the needle and thread. It becomes a laborious stick mess on both the needle and the thread. **Q: How do you remove the sticky glue on back side of velcro once it has served its purpose?** A: WD40 will take any type of glue off of any surface. Make sure that the surface will not stain. Have used it on my truck tailgate and it is my go-to cleaner for getting a sticky mess off of glass. **Q: Would this product work to adhere canvas doors to a steel frame of an all terrain vehicle?
