However I was not a fan of this product as the seat cushion was WAY too hard/firm for me to sit on for 8hrs. The firmness of the cushion caused pain in my lower back. The back rest is ok and I still have it on my chair but I use it more for resting in between emails as opposed to having it support me while I'm working. **Q: Are there straps on the bottom cushion? What keeps it from sliding around?** A: There are no straps on the cushion. The fabric on the bottom has little knobs that creates friction to the fabric of the chair. You can move the chair around without the cushion moving. I do adjust the cushion from time to time; however, it creates its own mold within the chair. **Q: I am plus size is this too narrow for bigger people?** A: Probably....I'm regular ...where a size 16 and my bottom just fits. Its not as wide as the chair **Q: will this work on a chair without arms?** A: My chair doesn't have arms. I fits will on my office chair. You can adjust the strap. ## Frequently Bought Together - Seat Cushion & Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair, Car, Wheelchair Memory Foam Desk Chair Cushion for Sciatica, Lower Back & Tailbone Pain Relief Desk Pad with Adjustable Strap 3D Washable Cover - QUTOOL Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair Back Support Pillow for Car, Computer, Gaming Chair Memory Foam Back Cushion for Back Pain Relief Improve Posture, Mesh Cover Double Adjustable Straps - BlissTrends Foot Rest for Under Desk at Work-Versatile Foot Stool with Washable Cover-Comfortable Footrest with 2 Adjustable Heights for Car,Home and Office to Relieve Back,Lumbar,Knee Pain-Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/180906419-seat-and-lumbar-support](https://www.desertcart.no/products/180906419-seat-and-lumbar-support) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
