## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this work for an xp-410 with durabrite ink?  if it does not work, will i qualify for the $15.00 refund?**
A: Our standard Epson kit (which is a bit cheaper) will work with that model. Durabrite (pigment) ink is tougher to clear but I'm happy to honour the $15.00 refund if you can't get it to work.

**Q: does work epson xp -830?**
A: I'd say probably. My printer is Epson xp410. Cartridges, etc look like it's the same principle. One caution.... it did a great job cleaning... took a bit of time.... & I'd never done anything like that before... but afterwards my printer no longer liked ordinary printer paper.... just ran it straight through & say "out of paper." Photo paper or card stock would still feed & print, but not normal paper. It seems unlikely that the cleaning would do that, so I may have done something myself... or else maybe the fluid got somewhere it should not have & affected something. At that time, it didn't matter much because I was mostly printing photos.

**Q: Will this kit work for an Epson Workforce 7610?**
A: It will, and so will our standard Epson kit.

**Q: What about epson xp830? i don't see tha tmentioned.**
A: When you enter 'printhead hospital' in the Amazon search bar you will see this listed 'Expression Premium XP500 XP600 XP700 XP800 XP900 series'.  This means this particular print head cleaner is good for any of the xp500 thru xp900 models.  Your model xp830 should be good to go.  My model is xp620 and it worked great for me.
