NX12

I have upgraded twice since the popular KM18 transmitter from Nulaxy and each version has been better than before. All 3 have had excellent function and sound quality, but this version finally has no interface complaints from me.Here are the major improvements from the last model (nx09)1. Two USB charging ports. I no longer need to use a splitter to charge my phone and the passengers phone at the same time2. Pause, play, skip forward/back all work flawlessly from the easy to access multi-function knob. The knobs has detent notches so it is easy to scroll in single steps, but it also works well to scroll multiple steps to skip forward. (I can scroll forward 4 steps to skip 2 minutes of podcast all at once (4 x 30 seconds each)3. Changing station frequency is easy. A single click of the CH button turns the scroll knob into a tune knob to choose frequency.4. Google assistant integration works. A 2 second press of the play button activates the assistant and I had no problem making calls or asking Google searches just like a Google home device.5. Call quality is better than previous versions. For the way I use a Bluetooth transmitter, I can't think of any better features, or better function of the interface. You won't be disappointed.

Honestly love this thing if only it was a newer Bluetooth version, it would be nice and Zero static used it for almost a year in multiple different vehicles ranging from newer to older vehicles with zero problems. I really hope you make a new refresher soon and maybe one with a detachable neck so I can put it in my vent or anywhere else that’s as good as this one because sadly I got an upgraded car so now I can’t use this one because the placement for it’s too far away and the quality sounds great. The microphone is a bit iffy but if you don’t need it for calls then it’s great for music. Zero static hands-free is pretty decent. Music feedback controls are nice it has everything could ever need for the price.

Going into a 2003 C5 Corvette. The good: the setup was very easy, worked as advertised, very happy with the sound quality, all good. The bad, maybe: once inserted into the cigarette lighter socket, I cannot get it out to save my life (so far.) The power is on to my cigarette lighter when the key is off. This adapter will be pull back far enough to break contact and hopefully stay that way, hoping to not drain the battery. The door over the cigarette lighter will not close with this adapter inserted; it would be great to remove it and store it in the console when not in use. Still pulling....

DesignThe device is lightweight and made of plastic. It feels solid enough, but definitely on the lighter side. The front display is easy to read when plugged into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter adapter. The knob on the telephone button rotates easily too. The only thing that may be an issue for some people is the recharging USB ports, whether QC 3.0 or the PD USB-C, is it is on the bottom or underside of the device. See the product photos and make sure this one be an issue for you.SetupOnce plugged in the device boots up within a second or to. The small display states “bt” and you know you can now pair your device. It was very easy to do on my iPhone XS. Simply went to settings, then Bluetooth, and then connected to “NX12”. Done and it was paired. To find an FM station, it was easy to change the frequency. Simply press the “channel” button on the front, rotate the knob with the telephone symbol on it to the frequency, press “channel” again and done.Tip: If you rarely or never use the FM radio anymore, consider removing the exterior antenna on your vehicle. Mine was easy to remove by counterclockwise unscrewing the base of the antenna from the hood of my vehicle. Consult with your owner’s manual first though or go on YouTube to see how to remove your antenna. By doing so it really limits outside radio stations from interfering with your Nulaxy FM transmitter.Sound QualityThe music and audio books played were crystal clear. No issues what so ever. I kept my volume at about 85% on my iPhone and made sure the equalizers were set to natural or neutral. I adjusted the volume on the stereo as well as the equalizer.USB-A and C chargingThe USB charging ports, as mentioned earlier, are on the bottom or “underside” of the device. It will not be as easy to plug cable in if you cannot focus completely on the device. My outlet is below the stereo so I plug in the device horizontally. I have to reach underneath to plug in a charging cable or remove the device entirely. This is probably the only downside. To overcome this simply keep a cable plugged in at all times gets around this issue. I imagine this will vary by vehicle and user. It is not a deal breaker for me though. Having QC 3.0 and a USB-C PD is awesome and worth it.ConclusionI would recommend getting this device if you are 1) needing a compact Bluetooth FM transmitter, 2) need QC 3.0 capabilities and/or 3) need a USB-C PD charging port for your device. Since you are already looking at this review I suspect you already need a FM transmitter. In that case give the Nulaxy Bluetooth FM Transmitter a go. The features are great, easy to use, and the cost is reasonable.

I needed a way to connect my 15 year old son's stereo in his 1995 Jeep to Bluetooth. We will probably switch out the stereo to a new Bluetooth stereo down the road, but for now I got this little unit. I was very skeptical of the sound quality from a FM transmitter type unit and actually purchased a unit that sent the signal through a cable to his aux port. It was TERRIBLE so it went back. Then I picked up this little transmitter. I was blown away. It connects incredibly fast as soon as the Jeep is powered up. The sound quality is very good as long as you pick a radio frequency that doesn't have any interference from a radio station. The USB C charging port is a very nice addition as well. It gives his iPhone rapid charge and works quite well.I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't have Bluetooth in their vehicle. For the price, it is an easy decision. If I hadn't already upgraded my stereo in my personal Jeep, I would probably get one for it just because of the speed of connection and flawless operation.***********************************************************************************************************************************************I rely on reviews when I make purchases so I put a lot of time into reviewing everything I buy on Amazon for personal and my business. Please show your appreciation by clicking the "helpful" below when it asks if the review is helpful!!!

I have a 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe. All my iPhone 6, 8 and now 11 did was place and receive calls. You’d think since the phone connects to the car via Bluetooth, it would play content on the car’s audio, but nope, even with a USB port, unless it’s on a USB drive, CD or an iPod (?!)–no music, no audiobooks–NADA.I perused Genesis Coupe forums - no help. I looked into replacing the car stereo-cost prohibitive. Finally, I googled “how to play iPhone in vintage car”–apparently my 2010 is vintage - and, after wading through a lot of “pair using Bluetooth” and “auxiliary cord with headphone jack” advice, found “use FM transmitter.”I laughed–no way would this work - but balancing my iPhone on my shoulder to listen to an audiobook was exhausting. So one more Google search and I ended up here.I usually spend days researching products and verifying the Amazon reviews are legit, but I took a leap of faith and purchased this FM Transmitter. HALLELUJAH!It took a minute to find an “empty” frequency in Los Angeles, but once I did, the setup was cake. And it WORKS, in stereo, without static. I can listen to music and audiobooks downloaded to my iPhone AND stream.I’ve only had it for a couple of days so if it stops working soon, I might revise my review, but if I get 6 months out of it before I have to buy a new one it will be worth it.Don't forget to remove charger cord. I tossed my phone in my purse and when I stood up to get out of the car, I pulled the transmitter apart. I jinxed myself with the "6 months" comment.

I bought this to replace my NX09 as I needed the faster charger in this one for my new phone and the NX09 worked so well for a few years that I figured I'd upgrade. It works well, however I don't think the sound quality is as good as the NX09. This one adds a ton of bass that the NX09 didn't have, but it sacrifices some sound quality to do so. The sound isn't as clear and I have to turn my volume up much louder with this one. I'd honestly go back to the NX09 for the better sound if the charger wasn't way too slow for my newer phone. If you didn't have the NX09 first, then it's probably not an issue, but if you did then just FYI.Update: Seven months later and it won't connect to my phone at all for the second time in the past couple of months. The first time I unpaired it from my phone completely and paired it again and it worked, but now it's doing the same thing and unpairing it and trying again isn't working. I've also decided I'm really not happy with the overall sound quality compared to the previous version I had. Will be shopping for a new one from a different brand this time.

This technology to broadcast to a blank radio station is not new, but the quality of sound sure has improved. It was very easy to pair the transmitter to my phone. The sound was really good, and that coming from somewhat of an audiophile. No, the sound is not as good as coming from an internal hard drive, or even from a wired connection, but as far as Bluetooth goes, it was very good, FAR better than a radio station, as a reference. I used a website that I pinned to my phone called Radio Locator. https://radio-locator.com/ You enter your zip code and it finds the cleanest station to transmit to.So what makes this better than others?- Bluetooth 5.0.- 3 usb ports that include QC, high power, for fast charging- Handsfree calling from your phone!- You can change the channel via the transmitter instead of fumbling with the phone music app.- Works with Google and Siri which I have not tried yet.I am buying another one for my RV which has a Aux port, but I like this better.

Görselde biraz kaba birşey bekliyordum ama gayet ufak ve yer kaplamayan bir ürün.Malzeme kalitesi güzel , kurulumu kolayca yaptım herhangi bir sıkıntı yok şimdilik.

I do not write reviews very often but this one deserves it. It is amazing. I found this by chance, just checking around. I have an old car that only has radio and the AUX does not work. This worked perfectly during my roadtrip, using the Bluetooth for Spotify. I had to change the FM 1 or 2 times when travelling to a different city, which was very easy. Also, you can charge your phone with Superfast Charging and this device is small and practical.Overall, GREAT.

Fantastic. Well packaged. Well built. Came with simple (English) instructions. Set up was super simple. Connectivity appears excellent and the sound quality on par with fm radio stations. Bonus two charging ports on the underside which suited my setup. Overall very impressed with the quality and performance of this product, in a compact size.
