26 QT - SLEEVE

VÄESKE Sous Vide Container: A Must-Have for Serious Sous Viders! I couldn't wait to use my VÄESKE Sous Vide Container, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Right out of the box, its generous 26-quart capacity immediately stood out. This is a huge plus, offering ample space for larger sous vide cooks, and easily accommodating my rack and weights without feeling cramped. What truly sets this container apart is its exceptional heat retention and excellent water retention. The included insulating sleeve and perfectly fitting lid work together flawlessly to maintain a consistent temperature, which is crucial for perfect sous vide results. Unlike other containers I've tried, the lid's cutout is precisely sized for my sous vide circulator, ensuring a snug fit that minimizes evaporation and heat loss. Beyond its performance, the container itself feels incredibly durable, assuring me it will stand up to countless cooks. I did my research before buying, and after comparing several 26-quart options, the VÄESKE offered the best price for its size and features. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this container. It's a 5-star product that I absolutely love and highly recommend to anyone serious about sous vide cooking!

Maintains a constant temperature consistently and keeps the loss of water in the bath down to nothing. We’ve used it for up to 38 hours cooking and highly recommend it. Well made and should last a long time. Very pricey but certainly expands possibilities for marathon sous vide cooking!

This is the second one of these same thing I have purchased. Works great for smoking racks of ribs, then cooling them off, vacuum packing them (double vacuum bags just in case). Then reheating them in this large tub for later on a camping weekend. Very useful for large packages of anything you have. Or if you just have a large amount of food you need to reheat for a meal. Great for parties or large gatherings.

I use this product quite frequently to do a brisket steak pork, butt. It's endless what you can use it for it is good quality and easy cleanup

Let's get the bad news our ofbthe way first... yep. They're expensive. I usually run three or four circulators at a time when I'm cooking for an event, and I've used pretty much every name brand you can think of these are the only ones that have stood up to the beatings I put them through on a regular basis. The lids and the sleeves help cut down on water loss and temperature fluctuations, and they look really nice.

I grill & smoke meats about 3 times a week. I've used this 4 times to rest my briskets for long periods of time and connect it to my sous vide and set temp to 140° with water after vacuum sealing my brisket. This set-up is a Gane changer for those who like to smoke for example briskets & it's finished too late to late to have for dinner that night. Just fill with bucket with water, (if you have a sous vide) set temp, place lid over, & cover. It'll taste like you just pulled it off of your smoker or grill. I've used it for 18 pound briskets & durability, fit, heat temp has yet to be a problem. Great price!!!!

Big enough for large volumes of food to be processed or for items like sausages that are longer than 14 inches. Soft insulation sleeve that you can put over the container while cooking helps with better temperature regulation.

It's a great item for a great price. I've been in the food business 20+ years. I use it at least twice a week.

This is a bit container for domestic use (unless you are cooking for 10+ people all the time). Size also means that water takes much longer to heat up. On the other hand it's size allows me to store all Sous Vide equipment (heater, vacuum sealer, bags, rack) inside which is very handy. Neoprene cover gives very good insulation and I wouldn't hesitate to have this on a table without any additional protection from the heat. For this price I would have expected bit thicker plastic and better design so that it could be carried when full of water. Also lid isn't well designed and can't be lifted from the handle. For these reasons I'm only giving it 3 stars.

I was very impressed with the size of this basin. I used it to rest a14lb brisket after cooking. It could have easily held 1 more brisket of similar size. I also fit 5 full racks of ribs with room to spare. If you're looking for the capacity to perform large cooks go for it. But for everything else this bin is too large. Cons: It uses a ton of water, takes a long time to get to temp and does not come with a rack or grill insert. Pros: It's fricken massive the lid fits my Sous Vide perfectly and the exterior cloth cover insulates the bin perfectly.

The item arrived quickly. Good packaging. This container of 26 Qt is perfect for brisket sous-vide when resting after smoking. Very Happy

My first cook with this container, was a 62 hour endeavour. The result of this task was an unbelievably tender and tasty brisket. The water level at the end of the cook dropped only 1/2 an inch. This is partly due to the neoprene cover. I believe that the container, although a tad spendy, is a good purchase.

Came in in great condition
