When I received my hazelnut butter the lid opened very easily and there was no foil seal, as opposed to normal other nut butters. Is this normal?

Mine did not have a foil seal, it depends on the company.

Does it contain any other allergens (including peanuts or other tree nuts)?

The ingredients are listed as: Organic roasted almonds whole skin on (95.5%); sea salt (0.5%);

do you have to keep it in the fridge once opened

I put mine in the fridge after opening. But I think it should be fine to keep in the cupboard. I just think it might stay fresher if I store it in the fridge.
