How big are the capsules? Is it 1" long as the pic shows?

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding Kal Magnesium Orotate. The capsules are sized 00, which is close to being an inch long. Please contact us if you have any other questions, or if there is something else that we can assist you with. Thank you for choosing Kal and have a nice day.

The bottle says Park City Utah.

Can you tell me what are all the ingredients? Including other and inactive ingredients?

Serving size 3 tabletsCalcium (as calcium orotate 1.5 gMagnesium (as magnesium L-aspartate and as magnesium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate) 337 mgOther ingredients Provsvolv, Pure Food Glaze, Avicel, Ac-Di-Sol, Compritol and Mag Stearate. Directions: As an addition to the daily diet, take 2 - 3 tablets with evening meal or as directed by your health care professional. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, consult your health care professional before using this or any other dietary supplement. Hope this helps.

how many tablets in bottle? heading says 120, bottle says 60 ?

As usual, the bottle is correct; there are 60 tablets in the bottle, so at 2 tablets per day, there's an average of one month's supply. I have never seen a larger 120 count bottle anywhere. May I suggest that you look for the link to report that error? I will do the same.
