## Description

Sent to Earth from the dying planet of Krypton as a baby, Kal-El was found by farmers Martha and Jonathan Kent and raised as their son, Clark. As Clark grew up, the radiation from Earth's yellow sun gave him extraordinary powers, which he kept hidden. Now fully grown, he uses his powers to protect his adopted world as Superman. The Man of Steel is virtually invulnerable and has the powers of super-strength, super-speed, and flight. He also has enhanced senses, including heat vision, X-ray vision, super-hearing, and super-breath

Review: Great figure for the casual Superman consumer - I love the articulation on him and his design, but I do agree with most people that if you're looking for the *perfect* Superman figure, this is not it. That said, he is still really great! Making his elbows single joint is probably *my* biggest complaint, but I see where people are coming from about the fact that he doesn't have an emblem on his cape, that you have to bend his hair to get him to look up very far at all, and that he only has one fist hand. If you're just looking to get a great looking Superman figure (like me), you've come to the right place. If you're looking for the penultimate Superman figure in design and poseability, I would suggest saving up the money for the Hush Mafex figure. (Even I'm not a fan of that one though cause both of his heads look so grumpy)
Review: Great value with special care to detail, beautifully crafted toy! - This is a huge for me, my very first McFarlane toy! I’ve been a fan of McFarlane since he arrived on the scene in the 1980’s, don’t know why it took me so long to finally get one of these. I guess because I had stopped collecting action figures around the time McFarlane toys started up. I must say I am very impressed with the quality, even after hearing how good they are, seeing one up close, you can really appreciate the attention to detail! Love the different poses the figure could be made into. The value for the quality you get is a really good deal. And since these are collectibles available for only for a limited time, they tend to make good investments. After seeing the care to detail that went into this toy, I think I may have found my new hobby, collecting McFarlane toys! Highly recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How tall is this action figure?**
A: This figure stands at 7-inches.

**Q: I see this is for age 12+ but I’m wondering if a six yo would like it. It doesn’t look like a toy to actually play with.**
A: 6 yr old would love it. Tons of articulation. Just careful. Lots of small parts. It’s mainly a collectors toy but for a 6 Yr old it’ll just be an expensive toy they will love. Most folks would pay less for a non collectors action figure if it’s going to a 6 yr old.

**Q: Isnt this the same one walmart has for $15?**
A: Yes it is. This is the first wave so it's probably clearanced out.

**Q: How secure is the stand around the figure? Want to get it for my trucker friend but afraid it will fall off his dash.**
A: The stand broke for me very easily because I let it bounce too much. It you wrap isolation tape on the joint it may hold but the figure is unusually heavy so it puts a lot of strain on that weak plastic when you dont keep it still. McFarlane did have the decency to send me a replacement stand though. But I learned my lesson.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got more than I expected.
*by C***N on April 21, 2020*

Absolutely love this figure! The articulation is superb and even with a rubber cape he can be posed and balanced well. The paint is on point and the proportions, although not to real life scale, look appropriate. What a steal at the price. Much nicer than other $20 -$30 figures. I have taken several photos with this figure and it comes out looking stunning. Comes with an extra set of hands and a stand. I'll probably try to replace the cape with one made out of fabric. Otherwise I have no other complaints.
