**Q: I just received this.  It fully fills in 24 hrs.  Can I go ahead and use it before the 24 hours?**

A: It looks like a big block of foam. I am not sure is it contains latex.

A: If you submit for reimbursement due to an exact health issue, yes. You would need to have a doctor’s referral for it though.

**Q: Why does it say dual handles. there are two handles. they do not work together. there’s only one on the left side. very difficult to pull into place.**
A: Dual = 2. There are 2 handles. How hard is that to understand?
Nobody ever said, anywhere, that having 2 handles means they have to ‘work together’.
