Good tasting, easy, and no leftovers unless you want them!
I think for a single person cooking for one most of the time, it's almost perfect. I make one serving with a heaping teaspoon of the mix and a bit less than 1/4 cup boiling water because 1/4 cup makes it a tad thinner than I like. I think it's plenty salty but lacks other flavor so I add a good amount of freshly ground pepper and sometimes garlic and onion powders. I've even added curry powder and had it over rice and that is very good. If you want just a small amount of gravy, this is the way to go.

Be British we cannot live without these. I use it for all of our roast dinners for making stoves or just to thicken up any pot dish. So good so tasty so easy to use whenever I cook using bistro my kids call me the best chef!

Fast shipping and long expiration date! It's wonderful to get my English gravy here for Sunday dinners! Bisto is rich in flavour (using meat juice, brussel sprout water, potato water..) and is delish on everything! It's a great price, too.
