Taste
Ordered The lemon Cake mix. It had a light lemon taste. Easy to make and bake. A little pricey for a small bag. There was some denseness to it.

OMG!!!! I’d be 300 pounds if I could afford to buy this every day’
This is the absolute best cake mix ever. Do not put anything on it. Eat it like bread. Omg!!! I’m in love!

Made a small about half sized cake but it was good.

Always moist and flavorful.
Another great cake mix from Authentic Foods. They have the best tasting gluten-free cake mixes in my opinion. My only con is that they are too sweet. I wish they were still sold at my local market. The chocolate one is to die for. Very moist and won't disappoint,

LOVE!!!
I used this mod to make my daughter’s requested caller pops for her birthday. The lemon in their mix isn’t overpowering at all and makes for the perfect flavor!!! Cake was fluffy and moist, Perfect color when baked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This one will be on my favorites list for sure!

very dry cake
I don't like the texture. It feels like full mouth of starch.

Gluten Free Lemon Cske Mix
Tasted great but didn’t rise well. Was only half the height of a regular cake mix.
