After application, is this sandable? Also, if yes, is there an ideal period of “curing” before sanding?

Yes, you can sand once fully cured. It is recommended to wait 3 to 5 days prior to sanding. Thank you for choosing Sika!

How long does it take to dry a one inch gas about one inch deep 10 '" long?

Two hours to dry. Twelve to twenty four hours to cure.

Should I apply this before or after applying a (water based siloxane) concrete sealer?

Apply after the concrete sealer.

How soon after application can it be driven on?

Hi Kelly. We recommend waiting 3 to 5 days for the sealant to fully cure before opening to vehicular traffic. Thank you for choosing Sika!
