Great food diary/journal
A lovely food diary/journal.. compatable with Slimming World.. it's great for motivation with stickers and room to write your own thoughts. So glad i invested in this food diary.. i know it will help to keep me on track with my Slimming World weight loss journey.

Excellent stationary
I have been buying these books for a while now. They cover everything I need (and then some). The book is a good quality one and it keeps me on track with my food/drink intake. It is because it is so easy to use that I continue to write in it daily. If you are trying to cut down on your calorie intake/slimming world eating plan, this is the book for you and I highly recommend it.
User
Fine
The book is fine but now in the bin. Slimming world is an awful thing
User
Really nice design but poorly executed.
The book is designed beautifully and laid out well. However, it is really poor quality, the cover pages are thin and flimsy and the paper quality isn’t great. There are very few stickers, it says that the book should last seven weeks but there are less than thirty work out stickers and only 8 to do stickers. It’s not terrible but for the price it would be better to buy something else. I’m really disappointed
User
Absolutely unbelievable
Absolutely unbelievable product. Not only is this book made specifically for planning with slimming world, it is inspirational, and it makes planning so much fun.Great stickers to use, they make you feel accomplished when you can mark a week off. And you can see your progress. This product is not just about planning, but I think a lot of thought into the buyers wellbeing and mental health has gone into it, and that’s what makes this product so special, and no product can even come near to how good this is.The little secret in the book is what life is all about.

Gorgeous diary/planner!
This is far better than I expected! Loads of beautifully designed pages to help me track and plan my weight loss, to motivate myself and hopefully keep me on plan! I love the pastel colours and the stickers, I'm taken back to my childhood which makes losing weight a bit more fun! I'm following the Slimming World plan, so I was delighted to find such a cute planner which has been designed specifically for SW!! This planner lasts for 7 weeks but I can see me getting the 3 month or annual planner when this one's done (I have a lot of weight to lose!!).
User
Fantastic!
If, like me, you're following a weight loss plan this food journal is brilliant! Looks good and has lovely inspirational leaflets with it. The food diary pages are compatible with SW but would also fit with any plan. A great buy, would highly recommend and have done so in my SW group last night.
User
Great little buy
Got this for my partner who needed somewhere to put a list of thing they have eaten recently for her diet she has started and this was perfect for it, the only thing I didn’t expect is how small in size the product was but that was my fault for not looking at the dimensions.

Ser inte ut som man kunde vänta sig
Tunn och trist material. Inte vad jag förväntade mig
User
The product is too flimsy and cheap for the price
Ok, the idea is great, but the executation is poor. The second I saw it I said to myself “did they make this at home?!”. Even the cover is too weak and made from cardstock paper. The pages are too thin, I’m sure ink will bleed through it. The pages shown in the product are different than what they have now. I contacted the seller on insta and they didn’t respond even though they are posting🤷🏻♀️
