Seconds after putting the WHITE CLOTH on, my husband opened a piece of candy which broke and he attempted to wipe off. He promptly said, “Hmm, this really shows everything.” So I grabbed a fresh cloth and moistened it and began gently wiping. The marks came right off with just water. I give it an A+ on stain resistance. Someone mentioned it was sheer, but I use a white table pad so I didn’t notice. With a messy little girl and an obviously messy husband, I would purchase this brand again and can recommend the table cloth to others.
