For someone with some familiarity with lenormand or the ability to adapt, these make for a beautiful addition. My main complaint is that the card stock is very thin and bends very easily. The book doesn't contain standard card meanings and seem to treat the deck more as a romantic oracle than a lenormand deck, but again, for someone who knows the system or learns fast, they shouldn't have trouble Review: Beautiful! Very 'Alphonse Mucha Esque'! - The Art Nouveau Oracle is a beautiful deck. The cards with the women on them remind me of the work of Alphonse Mucha and are similar to the artwork in the 'Tarot of Art Nouveau' deck by Antonella Castelli and Los Scarbeo. So if you like one, you'll like the other. I expected all the images (or at least most) to be this way , as the images shown on desertcart are all featuring these women, in the 'Mucha' style. However there are many images in this 36 card oracle deck that feature other things, such as the bear, the snake, the tree, the sky, the garden...ect. At first I was disappointed,having purchased the deck because of the artwork. However I have since familiarized myself with the deck, and card meanings and find it works very well. I recommend it. And if you like the artwork style, check-out the 'Tarot Art Nouveau', and the 'Bach Flower Essence' cards. I own, love and recommend them all! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Art Nouveau Oracle for Lenormand enthusiasts! *by C***8 on August 29, 2015* These are superbly done, and are a Lenormand deck with the traditional 36 cards, in delicate line drawings with soft pastel coloring. They follow the standard Lenormand set numbering system but do not have playing card insets or verse insets. They are a little taller than the regular cards of this type. The English section of the instruction booklet is very helpful although I wish it were more in-depth, but there are many books now on Lenormand that can be used with these cards. One odd fact about this deck, for people who like to mix oracles, these cards are the same exact size as the Caring Psychic Family Major Arcana cards, and can be shuffled together to create mega oracle readings.
