My hair is shoulder length, level 10 with level 8 roots due to me bleaching them for this project. I bought two tubs of the dye, used one, left it in for two hours and some parts of my hair it didn't even do anything to; they were still the exact same shade of blonde that they were. Mostly the roots didn't take, but also a streak down the back. I then used the other one, left it in for three hours and it did nothing but make the parts it absorbed into bright lavender purple. I contacted the seller in hopes of a refund or something because I don't have a lot of money, but my message was never replied to.
