This is my second Bio Bidet. From all the manufactures available, in my experience this is the best mid range bidet you can buy for your money. We had an older version of this model and this is a big upgrade from the previous model. My only piece of feedback is the operation is noisier when using it versus our previous model. The instant warm water is a bonus and a good feature, knowing you will not run out. Installation was a breeze and all of the required parts came in the package.

The Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss has been, without exaggeration, one of the best investments I’ve made for my home and daily comfort. The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully designed, and built to last. Installation was straightforward, and once in place, the difference it makes is immediate. The water pressure is fully adjustable and incredibly effective, while still being gentle. The heated seat, warm air dryer, and endless warm water elevate the experience to a level of comfort I didn’t realize I was missing before. What truly stands out is the consistency and precision. Every function works smoothly and reliably. It leaves you feeling genuinely clean and refreshed — something toilet paper alone simply cannot achieve. Beyond comfort, it also brings peace of mind from a hygiene standpoint. After using this, going back to a standard toilet feels incomplete. Absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you. The heated seat is excellent especially during the winter months. Installation was a breeze. The endless hot water capability is a very nice feature. The toilet seat so far seems to be holding up well and appears to be made to a high quality. The plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. All of the remote control options give you the ability to manage the temperature, water stream location, the charcoal filtering exhaust to prevent your bathroom from stinking and the air dry capability all at the tips of your fingers.

UPDATE 2 *** Company finally got back to me with email steps to try. The fix worked and is functioning properly. Do like the cleanliness of a bidet, but not sure I should have spent $700. Probably could have gotten cheaper one that did the same basic functions. ******THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW**** After only exactly 60 days from my purchase, the seat sensor does not work properly. If the sensor doesn't work, the bidet does not function. After an hour with Amazon, they are of no use. They do not stand behind the items they sell, and want to charge me over $100 in restocking fees for an item they are NOT going to restock, as the item is INFERIOR. I paid $700 for this item! I tried contacting the seller and called their number. I was within their operating hours, but I got a message that said they were closed and to press 2 to leave a message. No such luck. Could not leave a message. My advice is to buy high-ticket items locally so that you have some recourse if the item does not work. A lot of good a 3 year warranty does when no one stands behind the item that was sold. Bottom line, I changed my rating from 5 to one star, and would give it less if I could. This is based on the product quality and the follow-up (more like lack of) that I have so far received for this item. I just got my Bio Bidet and was anxious to install it. I'm pretty much 'plumbing challenged' so I had my worries that this would be a difficult installation. Quite to the contrary, I had my bidet up and running in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were pretty clear, but I suggest you read them over once or twice and get familiar with the parts included. Installation was a snap. A "10" for installation. Next, I tested the features using the remote control. Again, quite easy to understand and set up. Remember you have to be sitting on the seat for the bidet to function. A "10" for the ease of using and setting up the remote. Lastly, I tested most of the functions. So far, I am delighted at the wash, dry, air freshening aspect of the bidet. There are many choices for washing and drying, so be sure to check out each one. Remember that you don't have to wait until the function finishes - you can stop any function at any time. A "10" for bidet functions to this point. I'm looking forward to adjusting and refining the cleaning options. I don't know why I waited so long to get a bidet. I was introduced to them when I traveled to Asia and was curious about them in the USA. They leave you much cleaner and will really cut down on the toilet paper usage, which is an issue with people like me who have septic tanks. All I can say is that I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Another hint I will give you. I purchased some cord holders from Amazon and had a few left, so I used them when installing the bidet system. You can hardly see them in the picture, which is the idea. I bought the first one from Costco and it was the total washlet. It’s very disappointing in its performance. But I just got the Biode from Amazon, installed it super simple, kinda because I already had one on there, but nevertheless went on without a hitch. The controls are easier to operate. It has a light in the toilet. If you’re looking for a really clean rear(because that’s how I’m gonna use it) but I suspect it would be good for front washing for the ladies. Works great!!

A great Bidet seat! We have used Bidet toilets for around 25 years. We began using them after our first time living in Japan. The bioBidet is the first non Japanese seat we have tried and have the following assessment: Install: Very easy but you MUST have a GFCI plug in your toilet area. No plug is a non starter for almost ALL bidet seats and modern bidets. For the plumbing, I purchased an upgraded metal “T” Valve but the one included in the kit is very good too. The kit included all the hoses and fittings you need to install which is very nice. Setup: Very easy. You plug it in, install the batteries into the remote, set the clock on the remote, and you are done. Use: Seat heat is very good. Water heat is OK but often starts cold but warms up quick. This is the only markdown I have for the seat as a whole. Other seats did not have this problem. Water pressure is adjustable and can produce ample pressure if you need it! Features: Pretty standard for most modern bidets seats. One standout feature is a sensor on the seat itself that is activated when you sit. This prevents water from running when no one is sitting on the seat. This is a nice feature as I have had a bidet activate and flood a bathroom before. The night light is also a welcome feature. Overall, I have to say that the bioBidet is well worth the money, the only better option is paying substantially more for an integrated bidet toilet, with is 2x to 5x the price of this seat.

Ok, I confess we bought this at the beginning of the toilet paper shortage, a panic buy, but I did a lot of research to pick this one. It is better than basic, less than really expensive ones, and had the features I am so glad I insisted upon, namely: 1. Remote control: I'm so glad I required this because having controls on the seat area just would be so unhygienic and I think would collect dust, spray, etc.. Also, it would be awkward to twist around and look down for the right button to push every time. We mounted the remote about a foot above eye level. 2. I like the deodorizer part that starts as soon as I sit. (I keep thinking the red spot on the seat, at first glance, is a bug, though). It definitely makes a difference in the bathroom ambiance. 3.It really is very easy to install. We ordered "race track" power cord cover to hide it since the outlet is in front of the toilet. It looks fine. 4. The heated toilet seat is awesome 5. The options to vary the wash spray (pulse, posterior, feminine wash, oscillation, wide clean) is definitely used frequently. I had my doubts about this before buying. 6. The warm water is good to have, otherwise it would be pretty cold. Tank holds enough for a full wash, and second person shortly using this. 7. We use the bidet for a short session before going out to our hot tub, which I think keeps the hot tub cleaner. Not so important: 1. The dryer: first, we soon learned to flush before turning on the dryer so it doesn't shove smelly air into the bathroom. We still both dry with toilet paper, so what's the point. I wouldn't require this feature. 2. My 6-foot, under 215 lb husband finds the toilet opening a bit small. Larger people might have a problem. 3. The lid doesn't support weight. I used to sit on the closed lid to put on shoes, etc. Not a buying stopper, though. Summary: I am very glad I bought this bidet, and highly recommend it for saving on toilet paper and being clean.

There are more negatives than positives. The seat comes with typical screws but the nuts however are near impossible to tighten because of their bizarre design. The consequence of having bad mounting hardware is the seat shifts when sitting. Moving around while seated is a normal way to make sure that the bidet washes all of the dirty bits. In my case, the seat would shift so much that it almost knocks you off the toilet. The worst aspect of this product is the way it makes the lights flicker when the water is heating. It also causes the lights to flicker when the pump is running. Really horrible design. Just to be clear I’m not talking about lights on the product. I’m talking about lights in the bathroom or in any room on the same circuit that the bidet is plugged into. And while you’re on the topic of lighting the BB 2000 has a nightlight. The nightlight is much too bright and it is colored blue. And one more lighting issue, the remote does not have any. A back light on an LCD display is not new technology and for some reason the manufacturer of the BB 2000 chose to inconvenience it users with a remote that you can’t see. I purchased this product and I used this product for nine months at the end of which I disconnected it and it sits on a shelf in the garage because it’s too expensive to simply throw away.

Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory. Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote. Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up." Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

This item does not work in Ireland there should have been a warning about voltage we are now stuck with unit that cant be returned we tried several way to make it work
