Zero Sugar & Salt

I’ve been using PB2 Pure Peanut Butter Powder for a couple of years. I like it because of the lack of added ingredients and it's such a great alternative to fatty peanut butter. The biggest advantage is how versatile and convenient it is. You can mix it with water to make a peanut butter spread, blend it into smoothies, or stir it into oatmeal. It gives you that real peanut flavor without the extra calories (sugar and fat) of traditional peanut butter. The taste is surprisingly good for a powdered version—nutty and natural, without being overly sweet since there’s no added sugar. If you’re used to regular peanut butter, it’s a little lighter in richness, but still very satisfying. I also like that it’s a healthier alternative in terms of calories and fat while still providing a solid amount of protein. It’s great if you’re trying to stay on track with nutrition, but don’t want to give up peanut flavor completely. It mixes easily and smoothly with no clumping, and the large 2 lb jar lasts a long time, even with regular use. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a lighter, more flexible way to enjoy peanut butter. It’s simple, clean, and does exactly what it promises. Here is my daily breakfast smoothie recipe for calories and protein. 1 medium banana 12 oz. high protein ultra-pasteurized milk (Fairlife, Dairygold from Meijer, or Friendly Farms from Aldi) 3/4 cups lactose-free Greek yogurt (Fage) 3 Tbsp. chia seeds (mine from Costco) 2 Tbsp. PB2 pb powder (Amazon) 1 scoop Nutricost Isolate Whey Protein Powder 1 cup frozen spinach (aldi) 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (Costco)

Really like this peanut butter powder. It has a nice roasted peanut flavor and mixes easily into smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. I also like that there’s no added sugar or salt. The 2 lb jar is a great size and should last a while.

Great for my chocolate protein shakes! Mixes well into the shake. Way lower calories, but a lot of the flavor of real peanut butter. Should last me a good long while.

This is my favorite. It’s tasty and has no sodium, which is of importance for me. Just one ingredient: peanuts. I typically add it to smoothies or other foods. Great protein source too.

Really great tasting peanut butter! Great with sliced apples or peanut butter sandwiches, easy to mix. I love to add a pinch of sea salt when mixing for apples!

Tastes good, mixes well, texture great, minimal ingredients, great for keto. Packaging great. If you want your protein to taste like peanut butter this is a must buy.

This is a terrific product for adding protein. I use it in smoothies. It tastes great, and the reduced fat really lowers the calories.

Great tasting pb protein. Blends well in smoothies and yogurt, makes it so easy to get a protein boost. The pb2 coffee smoothie is my go to everyday.
