Can you fit the Switch Lite in with a grip?

If the grip is the one that adds extra bulk at the sides of the switch, then no, it won't. There is some give in this case, but not enough for grips on either side of the switch lite.

Can i use this for my psps 3000?

I would assume not, they're not shaped the same.

Can this fit a switch lite that has a grip case?

It should! I don’t have a grip case on my switch lite but there seems to be enough room. May be a bit tight
