How do I size these for a half size shoe?

I'd order next size up and cut them down to size.

Are these thicker in the heal than the toe? Do they have a 0cm drop?

These leather insoles are the same thickness the full length. Not sure what you mean by "0cm drop".

I have leather orthotics that replace my insoles in running shoes and hiking boots. But I need some cushioning. Are these too thin?

We have leather pedag brand orthotics and flat insoles with memory foam: Magic Step and Magic Step Plus. They are cushy but memory foam will adapt to your feet and in those places it will be flatter. We also have awesome non-leather cushy orthotic insoles for outdoor: pedag WORKER and pedag OUTDOOR.

Whats the difference between 102 and 110

Not much difference. 102 pedag Royal is slightly softer because of latex padding.
