How do you fill the round tray ?? Silly question sorry

Not a silly question at all. It's actually really problematic! If you try and use the tap on a small dribble of water it takes a little while also it typically spills out into the area inbetween the balls which freezes and joins them all together. They really should have included a funnel! Having bought this, I would advise looking elsewhere for one with a funnel.
