Hmm mmm
We love this pasta - its little ridges have little fragrant rivulets of sauce - especially good at ensuring that you get at least a few splatters on you shirt!!!

Perfect Pasta!
My favourite brand and shape of pasta by far. Other brands get too soft when cooked, but this retains a perfect firmness.

The whiter and rougher, the better. These work!
It’s hard to beat good, whiter, bronze-cut pasta from Gragnano, and Garofalo is up there with the best. Incredible value at just over £2 for 500g. Definitely buying again.

Hola Casarecce, adiós Helices
Me encanta esta pasta, tiene la textura de las hélices, pero mejorada y por los huecos entra la salsa y mejora muchísimo el sabor
