I recently found a floor length 1940's damask coat with a mink collar and cuffs (replacing with very nice fake fur) and assumed it would take months combing through vintage stores to find the right fasters to make the collar stand up in a mandarin style. The hooks will be exposed, so they needed to enhance the style, rather than being cheap and unsightly. Found these almost immediately on desertcart.
