Pull Up Bands

Several years ago, when I was working out regularly, I still struggled with pull ups. That's where I learned about these bands. There is some debate in the fitness community about the most effective way to increase your strength for pull ups but I'll tell you that there is nothing most mentally satisfying (if you need a modification to the workout) than to use a band to still do pull ups but with a little assistance. These bands work great and just like the big name brand bands that I used to use in the gym. So now as I work out from home I can get still do a pull up workout with the same results as before from a gym. These are great! And I'm excited that next month I am starting a pull up challenge and will be able to make some serious progress with these bands! Here's what I love: - The bands themselves are labeled to give you an idea of how much assistance you are getting from the band. Even though you can kind of tell just by looking at the thickness and width of the bands, it is nice to have that visual reminder. - These bands are just as easy as the name brand bands to put on the bar and get off. About the only difference I can tell is that the bands we used at the gym seemed to have a slightly more matte finish to them. But I also have to take into account that those bands were being used well before I started at the gym and so I am not sure if they were always matte finished or if that was something that came with time. I don't feel like the slightly slicker finish detracts from anything with these bands. I have always worn shoes as part of my workout and I don't notice any slippage on my shoe when I'm using the bands for pull ups. - If you're not great at pull ups using a band helps you to still see progress on your pull up. It's a great day when you can go down a band and still get your workout in. - For injuries and flexibility issues the bands can be a helpful tool to stretch things out. My shoulder often gets sore working out so the bands help to make that feel a lot better and get more of my range of motion back. Here's the stuff I don't love: - The instructions that come with the bands seem to focus more on stretches you can do with the bands than with pull ups. If you don't know how to use bands for pull ups make sure you watch a quick online tutorial. It's not hard but sometimes getting in and out of the band can lead to snapping results where your foot slides out and the band snaps you. - The bag they come with is a little small. When all the bands are rolled up they fit easily. But if you're like me and don't want to always tightly roll them up the bag doesn't do as well. I tend to put mine with all of my other exercise equipment in a bin or to hang them up on a hook on my wall. They don't take a lot of space.

VERY NICE PRODUCT

I recently bought TheFitLife Pull Up Assistance Bands, and they have been a fantastic addition to my workouts. The set includes multiple resistance levels, perfect for customizing exercises and gradually increasing intensity. The bands are durable and versatile, great for pull-ups, strength training, stretching, and mobility work. The high-quality material shows no signs of wear even after extensive use. These bands provide excellent support for assisted pull-ups, helping improve form and increase reps. They are easy to store and incorporate into any home gym setup. Overall, TheFitLife Pull Up Assistance Bands are a great investment for enhancing any workout routine. Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Product itself is great! Very very strong resistance. I do wish they made smaller length bands, but I knew what I was buying. That being said I HATE how much plastic this company uses to wrap their products. It’s so very very wasteful. Each band is wrapped individually in thick plastic AND then wrapped together in the same thick plastic.

Have been used 2 times for each size. Quality is great, no thinning or cracking. Resistance is great and I think accurate for working out without weights. Make sure you have enough room in the space to exercise in for you to get full stretch and benefit from this simple but effective tool. Recommend for ease of carrying (conned with bag and can be rolled up to a convenience size) and for value.

Very happy with these resistance bands (medium and heavy set). Sturdy, in great condition, and the right amount of resistance for me. Great for travel, packs up nicely. Medium has been good for working muscles in shoulders, back, and triceps; heavy has been good for the bigger muscle groups. Very pleased with this set.

Óptimo!!

These bands seem to be well made. I appreciate the variety of sizes, which will allow them to be used for multiple exercises and stretching. Being able to keep them in the bag that comes with them is nice.

Great product quick delivery

Seem very good quality for the price. Been using for several weeks and like the variety of resistance and length of the bands. I've been using them whilst travelling so I can continue injury rehab away from home without finding a gym at each stop.

Happy with this product. Good combination of resistance levels, perfect for pushups and chin ups progression. Works great with the door mounted bar.

Buenas bandas elásticas para poder trabajar diferentes tipos de intensidades. Yo las uso para aumentar repeticiones de dominadas, pero sirven para multitud de ejercicios. Buen material y resistente.
