I have used these devices in residential and commercial settings. After set up... Pretty much set and forget. Unleashed has come a long way from where it started but it really is like zone director lite at this point.The built in guest network isolation and trimmers let you taylor access to when places are actually open.They used to be about $650 a piece. But until wifi 6 is more common... This is a solid WAP that will out perform things that cost a lot more. I have downloaded puTTY to go into the command prompts to try to resolve the issue which is what they recommend. No Dice. Their customer service says they tried to call me but didn't. By the way you can only get support if you have an account like a business so buying off amazon will not get you there. I know a good amount about Networking and a friend who works for a large hotel chain doing this.
