Bought a renewed ps2 controller from trs solutions and it was so good I went ahead and bought a second one through the same seller. My husband said it felt better than his brand new one from when he was 11.

Overall value is terrible. I paid nearly $30 for this thing and although it came neatly wrapped, the controller itself is beat up, dirty, it's disgusting actually. The start button has to be pressed with extra pressure to work. The analog sticks feel like there's debris inside of them. It's not a smooth rotation. The connector pins are a little rusty. The controller is tacky feeling like pancake syrup is on it... with a bit of alcohol and elbow grease . I WAS able to get it to work. At first, it wasn't recognized by the Playstation. For what they're charging for it, they could have sent me something in better condition. This is terrible. I've never felt the need to wash my hands after dealing with a controller, till now. 👎🏽

Good quality for it being used and 24 years old. No stick drift and no buttons stick. Contacts might be a little worn because just feels like have to push the buttons with a little more effort than I remember but again, it’s 24 years old and who knows how much game time are on it.

Works well and a good quality for the money. My mistake that I did not notice it has such a short cord when ordering.

Let me first say, that they thoroughly clean and package each controller carefully before shipping it to you. I commend them on this point. Now, the first controller that I had ordered from them (I had also paid for rush shipping) and while it arrived fast, I plugged it in to start playing one of my ps2 games, specifically one where you needed to have the L1 and R1 buttons functional, they were not. I was very disappointed that there were many games I could not play due to this defect. However, I did initiate an immediate return and replacement through Amazon, instead of a refund. And, while I had to wait 3 or 4 times as long to recieve this replacement remote, I am so glad I did! This second one is in pristine condition. All the buttons are functional and also sensitive, it seems it must have barely been used. Overall, the replacement was worth the wait and hassle, and all was definitely made right. Thank you Rock 30 Games and Amazon, I can now enjoy all my games with a like-new remote.

I Received The Controller Today & Excited To relive my childhood i immediately went to plug everything up. With the controller plugged into I went to press x to select the game nothing Happened. Thinking It’s my system or it’s plugged into wrong I restarted my system & plugged it in again, when I pressed the d pad it worked but when I pressed any other buttons nothing would happen. I then went to inspecting the controller & when I looked into the connecting port end it’s missing one of its teeth inside One of the Three slots that’s provided for the controller to actually work. I have provided pictures & a video for you to see exactly what I’m saying. I Find This Product Defective & inoperable so I am looking for a Refund Or Replacement because this is unacceptable.

Controller came looking okay, but the L2 button when pressed stay stuck in and doesn't pop back out: and most importantly the X and Square buttons only register about 50% of the time it is pressed. Esp during rapid presses, it misses one in two presses. It's fine if you're playing some games, but makes some games almost unplayable. I guess that's what happens if you buy refurbished - it's a gamble. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is all the buttons "kinda" work on the first press, and it came looking mostly okay with just a tiny bit of sticky grime which could be wiped away. I'm still returning for a refund though.

Covered/caked in who-knows-what. Dusty in and around the ports. Clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while.
