- 【Voice & Remote Control】 Works seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home. This alexa light switch gives you simple voice commands to turn lights on/off, or use the SmartLife app on your phone (2.4G WiFi required) to control your lighting from anywhere – ideal for elderly or less mobile family members.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can't connect switch to app?**
A: Ensure your phone is on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5 GHz. Alternatively, try setup with a phone hotspot.

**Q: Why can't I control multiple lights with my Wi-Fi switch?**
A: To control multiple lights at once, you first need to create a group for them in the app.

**Q: Why is my switch's touchscreen unresponsive or laggy?**
A: Typically, this occurs if the switch wasn't given 3 minutes to initialize after power-up, if the metal mounting plate was installed upside down (blocking contact), or if the screen needs cleaning with a dry microfiber cloth.

**Q: Why is my switch loose or won't snap into the mental plate properly?**
A: The metal mounting bracket is likely installed upside down. Flip it over so the plate can align and lock into place.

**Q: I bought a multi-control switch, but the label says "1-way". Why?**
A: Multi-control is a smart capability managed through the app and is independent of the physical label.
