It's similar to POTS but not exactly POTS. I need electrolytes all day, every day to basically stay alive. Without it, I become severely dehydrated within 24 hours and need medical intervention sometimes. I cannot, absolutely cannot drink plain water. It dehydrates me, quickly. Becoming dehydrated drops my blood pressure lower than it already is and my heart becomes too stressed to function properly. So when choosing an electrolyte mix, I did my research and I read dozens and dozens of labels. My minor in college was Nutrition (now called Health and Society I think?) The ingredients seem really solid, the taste is bangin', and it's a really good bargain in the canister compared to individual packets. It fully dissolves in water with a little shake.
