## Description

desertcart.com: In hand Clear Pet Door Scratch Protector Shield Protect Your Furniture, Heavy Duty Deluxe Flexible Door Guard Cover : Pet Supplies

Review: Cat Scratch Guard - Be sure to lay it out a few days before installing so the plastic flattens out. I thought the install to be easy. I think it will take my paint off when it’s time gor it to come off but I knew that from some of the other reviews. I purchased with KEBR Door Scratch Protector and like that on better. It’s invisible and since the paints a goner anyway I would get that over this in the future.
Review: Works for my small dog - My extremely anxious 11 lb dog sometimes scratches at the door to escape. This is thick enough for him, although I don't think it would stand up to a large dog. I also couldn't use the door hanger because it didn't fit over my handle. Had to cut that off. Because of comment that it didn't stick well and I need to use removable adhesives in my apartment, I used Command picture hanging strips instead. They work fine and there's no falling off.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How big is the hole in the protective shield? Does it fit flat handles?**
A: I’m using it on my patio door. The knob hole on the guard is a good size. You can probably enlarge it slightly as the stickers also help to keep the door guard in place. I’ve been happy with this purchase so far.

**Q: Do you think this would withstand aggressive wind? I need something to serve as a temporary car window.**
A: I don’t know for sure but I don’t think so. It would be pretty hard to conform to the car to prevent leaks

**Q: Where can i het the extra adhesive dots? Mine fell off and i have no more**
A: From Amazon website search:
Scotch Restickable Dots, 7/8-inch x 7/8-inch, Clear, 18-Dots (R105)

**Q: Has anyone used on a sliding screen door?**
A: I doubt that this would work on a screen door. The surface for the adhesive sticker that holds it to the door would not have a smooth surface to adhere tol

### ⭐ Scratch protector
*by H***P on December 25, 2021*

It wasn't what I expected! It didn’t last that long and came right off the door and took the paint with it! Its easy to cut to size! I tried a small piece on the trim wear my dog is biting but he bit it off! Overall, I wouldn’t buy it again because it’s ruining the paint on the door! It’s worse than my dog scratching! Ugh, is there another solution out there? It’s going to cost me more to fix the door than what this product was worth!
