Surely there must be something I could cobble together? No. Obviously I have no explanation for how I got so far through life without a set of socket adapters like these. These come in every size I could possibly conceive of using, and various lengths are a nice touch. The finish appears to be durable and since they are impact rated, ought to withstand a lot of abuse. The ball detent is secure. More than twice as many as you would get from Harbor Fright, in a nice variety of sizes. Inexpensive enough to have more than one set, so I bought two of them.
