Working out with kettlebells will sculpt and tone the entire body because lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. They are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time. Made with a protective vinyl shell to prevent wear and tear. These kettlebells are cement filled and vinyl coated, providing a more economical choice over the tradtional cast iron made kettlebells. Review: Great price for the quality - It's different than the regular solid metal kettlebells I'm used to crossfitting. All of the weight it in the ball portion it self and the handle is very light which I guess could change the physics of snatches and cleans but it worked just fine in the few I did when I first got it. Haven't used it in an actual work out yet. Time will tell how long it holds up. Review: Great product, Great price! I bought 2! - This is a great barbell for the price (I bought 2), I have had no issues with it. It's a little bit larger than I was expecting, however it is completely worth it. I'm planned on buying more, heavier ones in the future. ## Features - Develops strength, power, endurance and balance. - Made with a protective vinyl shell to prevent wear and tear. - Cement filled and vinyl coated. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B006R4EOXW | | Brand | CAP | | Brand Name | CAP | | Color | Black 15LBS | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 355 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00702556083093 | | Item Weight | 6.8 kg | | Manufacturer | CAP Barbell | | Material | PVC Coated Cement | | Model Number | SDKCB-015 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | SDKCB-015 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Lifting, Resistance Training | | Special Feature | Portable | | Special Features | Portable | | UPC | 702556083093 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** CAP - **Color:** Black 15LBS - **Item Weight:** 6.8 kg - **Material:** PVC Coated Cement - **Special Feature:** Portable ## Images ![CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Cement Kettlebell | Multiple Sizes - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91PqsKmFhqL.jpg) ![CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Cement Kettlebell | Multiple Sizes - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91qwz-9BCiL.jpg) ![CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Cement Kettlebell | Multiple Sizes - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-YBOxOXDL.jpg) ![CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Cement Kettlebell | Multiple Sizes - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81NanujQ39L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price for the quality *by E***. on February 1, 2016* It's different than the regular solid metal kettlebells I'm used to crossfitting. All of the weight it in the ball portion it self and the handle is very light which I guess could change the physics of snatches and cleans but it worked just fine in the few I did when I first got it. Haven't used it in an actual work out yet. Time will tell how long it holds up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, Great price! I bought 2! *by D***W on November 6, 2016* This is a great barbell for the price (I bought 2), I have had no issues with it. It's a little bit larger than I was expecting, however it is completely worth it. I'm planned on buying more, heavier ones in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let it Burn! *by L***Z on March 14, 2016* Purchase Date: 05MAR16 Purchase Price: $11.93 The item is not bad for the price (pictures attached). Great multi-workout tool. The handle is thicker gripped and a bit wider so you can do your swings and squats with no problem. The grip is a bit slippery when you become sweaty. Due to the plastic coating if you are planning on using this with a cross-fit workout I recommend you use it with some gloves because it can slip out of your hand if you are going extreme. I weighed the bell and it weighed in at approximately 15 pounds and 10 ounces. My wife uses it with ease and she has small hands. I have larger hands and it is no problem for me. The bottom is smooth and has not scratched my wood floor. Update: 02OCT16. No problems with the product or its quality. Please Note: I did NOT receive any type of incentive to write this review.
