I got sick constantly despite being anal with hygiene habits. Every time I got sick I got a sinus infection that usually led to more antibiotics thus worsening my gut flora and leaky gut problems. I got bacterial infections such as bladder so often my doctors were quite worried but ran out of advice to give. I was always exhausted and became allergic to gluten and lactose due to the leaky gut from antibiotics. I tried taking daily high strength probiotics but it didn't prevent me from getting infections or getting sick. Finally after enough research I started taking clay and husk shakes which killed a lot of the Candida and it came out in my stool. I also stopped eating fruit and sugar for a few weeks which helped. However the Candida feeds off of pretty much anything and I wasnt attacking the root cause of my problem. I found that I need to first heal my leaky gut which I did with colostrum, the only thing known to repair a leaky gut. I took it high strength while continuing to do the shakes to kill the Candida. After a couple weeks I felt a lot better but I was still getting infections due to my low immune system. I found out that colloidal silver is the best thing to kill not only Candida but other parasites and bad bacteria as well so I got a 32 oz to try. I took two to three ounces a day for a few weeks and noticed an immediate change in my health. I no longer felt exhausted and I began to kill off more Candida and got to the point where I could eat fruit and sugar again without having brain fog afterwards.
