Hello, my toothbrush was purchased on 21st November 2020, it has suddenly stopped working - after a full charge, it lasts about 3s. Can u help?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some battery issues with your toothbrush. After a 12-hour charge, this toothbrush should last up to 2 weeks based on one person brushing twice a day for two minutes. If the battery doesn't last this long, it’s important to try a different adapter, socket, and charger. Charging the toothbrush on or around metal can also affect the charging. If this doesn’t help, please reach out to us via the contact page on our official website, where the team will be happy to help you further. Your Oral-B Team

Battery. The battery lasts four days with 2X day brush. Is my toothbrush faulty?

Hi there, we are sorry to hear this and would like to help you. After a 15 hour charge, this toothbrush is meant to last for two weeks. We would recommend trying to charge using another power outlet, ensuring that the charger is not on a metallic surface. If this does not help, then we’d appreciate if you could reach out to us on our Oral-B website, where our team would love to help you further. Your Oral-B Team

Which brush heads go with this?

All our toothbrush heads except Oral-B iO and Pulsonic brush heads are compatible with Genius X toothbrushes. Your Oral-B Team
