Are they good for cinemas?

Yes, these earmuffs is suitable for children who have sound sensitivities for concerts, movie theaters, fireworks, etc.

are these suitable for a 2 or 3 year old?

The ear muffs are designed for kids over five years old.

Does anyone know if these are comfortable with glasses on?

My 7 year old has worn these with glasses and no issues. The padding doesn't hurt the ear or surrounding area, but manages to dull sound. Even with glasses on. Very good quality and very comfortable. I've tried them.

Sorry, you can't. These are the noise-cancelling headphones only.
