Helps take the edge off stress & supports better sleep
I’ve been using EquiLife Adrenal Soothe to help manage daily stress, and it’s become part of my evening routine. I notice that it helps my body wind down instead of feeling “wired but tired,” which has made it easier for me to relax and fall asleep. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel harsh or stimulating. It’s more of a calming, supportive effect rather than knocking you out, which I appreciate. I still feel clear-headed—just more relaxed. I also like that the ingredients are thoughtfully chosen and that it’s easy to take. I’ve used it consistently and feel it supports both stress management and sleep quality, especially during busy or high-stress days. ✔️ Helps me feel calmer ✔️ Supports relaxation before bed ✔️ No groggy feeling ✔️ Easy to add to a routine If you’re looking for gentle support for stress and nighttime calm, this has worked well for me.

Will never go a day without!!!
I LOVE these! It has improved my sleep and has helped me relax more! I can tell when I don’t take them. They are very clean and get 90 in the bottle. I have tried other brands and I always go back to this one.

Good product but not for me.
This did help with sleep some. I took a 1/2 dose but it gives me brain fog and fatigue the next day. With that said I'm extremely sensitive to most things. This product was reccomended by my integrative Dr. She is excellent and very knowledgeable and she would not have reccomended it if she didn't do her research.

Returning note is misliding and you can not return empty bottle after 30 days
I had a great hope that it would help me with my stress, especially that the seller was claiming that we can return an empty bottle if we do not see any improvement. Unfortunately, there are 45 servings per container - 45 days to use the container, but Amazon is giving only 30 days for any refund. On Amazon web site the seller was claiming to send them just e-mail and empty bottle for full refund - unfortunately, when I was trying to return - it was 34 days since purchase and my bottle was not completely empty, but I did not see any improvement. It is very misleading the note by seller that empty bottle might be returned for full refund - there should be clear notice that there is 30 days return not an empty bottle. It was a waste of my many on this product - it did not work at all.
