Can my 9 year old play with this and it not fall apart?

Not really recommended for young children. More for collectors. However, it is fully functional and if child plays gently it shouldn't be too bad.

I see a picture with a yellow track and was wondering if that was a special color besides the black or does it come with a yellow track?

Hello, it comes with the black tracks. The yellow ones was sold early, we changed it to black.

How come its not yellow

It is yellow. I thought it was a toy for my grandson but when I receive it it was actually a collectors item not a toy.
