I’d like to order this, but i can’t find the coa (certificate of analysis) listed here. where may i locate it?

I too would like to see the Certification, but I believe it should be posted here, rather than in a private message. If it is legitimate, there should be no problem with posting here.

Can I use it on skin for pigmentation?

Yes, don’t mix with acids like vitamin C. Google DIY niacinamide serum.

I'm trying to duplicate a multi-vitamin and spread my use of niacinamide to 50 mg 4x per day. What measuring spoon would be needed? I have tiny ones.

I've heard the recommendation from a pretty reliable source that to achieve a dose of 50mg, you'd need a 1/64th of a teaspoon measuring spoon. Amazon sells these in a pack of "mini measuring spoons"
