Anthony's Brown Rice Flour

This Anthony's brown rice flour has been absolutely incredible for my gluten-free kitchen and completely revolutionized how I approach baking without wheat - the quality is outstanding with finely milled, consistent texture that produces smooth batters and doughs without the grittiness I've experienced with other rice flours, and I love how the clean, pure flavor enhances baked goods rather than adding unwanted taste or aftertaste that compromises recipes. The functionality is phenomenal as it works beautifully in everything from bread and muffins to cookies and pancakes, providing excellent structure and moisture retention that creates surprisingly tender, delicious results that even non-gluten-free family members prefer, plus the 5-pound size ensures I always have plenty on hand for regular baking without constantly reordering. It looks great with clear, professional packaging that reflects the quality standards and certifications I trust, and knowing it's non-GMO, vegan, and produced in the USA gives me confidence in both the product integrity and supporting domestic agriculture. At this price point for premium gluten-free flour, it's incredible value compared to expensive specialty baking mixes or smaller packages that make regular baking cost-prohibitive - this flour has allowed me to maintain my love of baking while accommodating dietary restrictions without sacrificing taste or texture, and friends are constantly amazed that my gluten-free treats taste so delicious and normal, making this one of the smartest pantry investments for anyone committed to gluten-free living who refuses to compromise on baking quality and wants to enjoy homemade goods that actually satisfy cravings rather than feeling like disappointing substitutes.

I use this brown rice flour as part of my gluten-free flour blend, and I have been very happy with it. It has a fine, consistent texture, mixes easily with the other ingredients, and works especially well in my gluten-free bread recipes. The 5-pound bag is a great size for anyone who bakes regularly, and the resealable packaging helps keep it fresh. My baked goods have turned out with a nice texture and dependable results every time. I will definitely continue buying this brand.

I’ve tried lots of brown rice flour for gluten-free baking, and this is by far the best one. It is high-quality, tastes great, and is finely ground so it is lightweight and not heavy.

Love the price, love the quality. This is my go-to for sourdough starters and simpler recipes. I've been baking gluten-free for 21 years, and this is more finely ground than the other rice flours I've tried. Recipes always turn out just a little better with this! I always keep a spare bag on hand.

Terrific product. Use this to bake gluten free sourdough bread and feed the sourdough starter. Starter loves this stuff and bread tastes absolutely delicious!

Pleased with product - exactly as advertised. Would get 5 stars but I can't help but feel price is a little high.

Finely ground and works well in all kinds of recipes.

Because I have several food intolerances, one of the foods I cannot have is wheat. That means no wheat flours for baking. So, I've been using Anthony's brown rice flour for a number of years. I also use a lot of other rice products, and I check to see where the rice is grown. In the Southeastern US states, the rice grown contains more arsenic, especially with brown rice, which I prefer for the extra nutrition and fiber. Anthony's brown rice flour is grown in California where there is less arsenic in the soil; therefore, less arsenic in the rice. Anthony's flour has also been consistently good quality.
